For what it might cost for only a handful of rooms in a crowded hotel, mountain cabin or resort, you can rent our entire facility and have the luxury of privacy for your group. Our facility features 18 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a large meeting room! We offer a number of outdoor amenities as well, including a baseball diamond, a hot tub, a croquet field and much more!

Dr. Barton and Wilma Haggard, your hosts at Sunnybrook Farm and Retreat, have created the perfect country getaway for business, weddings and family groups.  At this 65-acre retreat, you will be surrounded by impressive scenery and fresh country air, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and congestion.  Facilities include an 18-bedroom farmhouse.  The facility includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining rooms, living area, TV lounges and laundry room.  Knoxville, with its world-class shopping centers, theaters, restaurants, museums and more, is just 15 minutes away.  Experience the quaint mountain village of Gatlinburg, the many attractions of Pigeon Forge, and Townsend -- "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies."

Start your day with an old-fashioned country breakfast. Take advantage of the recreation area, which includes a children's playground, baseball, soccer, tetherball, volleyball, horseshoes and croquet; fish in the well-stocked lake or relax in our outdoor jacuzzi.  The farm will stable your horses and maintains riding facilities.  Best of all, it's affordable, and children under 12 are always free!
